Description:
The Pew-Stewart Scholars for Cancer Research Program supports assistant professors of outstanding promise in science relevant to the advancement of a cure for cancer.
The award provides $300,000 in flexible support—$75,000 per year for a four-year period.
In line with The Alexander and Margaret Stewart Trust’s mission to invest in innovative, cutting-edge cancer research that may accelerate and advance progress toward a cure for cancer, applications are invited from nominees conducting cancer research.

Masonic Cancer Center Review: A one page description of the project, biosketch in NIH format should be emailed to Laura Klein (klein382@umn.edu) by Friday, May 31, 2024 at 5 pm CST. The pre-application materials will be reviewed by the MCC director and appointed committee to determine designation of nominee no later than June 7.
Once the Pew program office has received the name and contact information of the selected applicant, login information will be emailed directly to the selected applicant. The online application web site will open June 10, 2024 and the full submission deadline is August 28, 2024.
