We seek proposals for programs that improve the health outcomes for people experiencing or at risk of serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders. We prioritize proposals that provide culturally-responsive care and strategically align their work to advance health equity.
PLEASE NOTE: Research initiatives will not be considered for this call.
Our Priorities
We prioritize proposals for community-led approaches to care that improve the mental and chemical health of individuals by addressing:
- Care integration for co-occurring disorders
- Children and youth mental health
- Harm reduction approaches
- Mental and chemical health care in rural communities
- Mental and chemical health workforce
- Supportive and intensive case management services
